No surprises on the weather for the bank holiday……

Why is it that every time we have a bank holiday, the weather automatically decides to either,

a) go cold on us
b) rain on us
c) lay on some generally stormy weather
d) all of the above.

True to form, the bank holiday weather for this weekend after weeks of balmy weather here in the South West with glorious sunshine, is going to be……. pants. So in to my sack for the weekend are going my down jacket and waterproofs for a weekends wandering & dossing in bunk houses on the North York moors.

Anyway, to hell with the weather, I am super looking forward to strolling up North and I haven’t been out on the moors for a very long time. Even nicer is the fact I don’t have to sort any routes as my mate Andy is doing all the planning and navigating. All I have to do is ignore a sprained ankle I picked up playing badminton, and enjoy the chance to get out and about.

Wherever you are this weekend, have yourselves a great time and stay dry if you can
